Some 30-40 brokers have already applied for reactivation of their derivative terminals and the number is expected to rise in coming days, said sources. Daily-traded turnover on the BSE derivatives segment has crossed the Rs 500-crore mark, but it is nowhere close to the average daily turnover of around Rs 20,000 crore in the NSE derivatives segment.
