Empower Industries fixes Jan 23 record date for interim dividend
Empower Industries India announced that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held Jan. 23, 2007 to consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
Empower Industries had recently said that it intends to manufacture high powered power supply and advanced power supply for LED televisions through a joint venture arrangement with an internationally renowned firm, SPS, USA. These products are presently manufactured by ABB, Siemens and Emerson.
The company announced the launching of sophisticated power electronics products involving power conversion or regulation technology employed in space satellite research and defence operations as mobile and tactical electric power.
